Licensing:

All the purchased material is to be used freely in a commercial project and must be limited to maquettes, video games, film, VR experiences, or similar products. Reselling and redistributing any of the content as part of texture packs, alpha packs, and such is strictly forbidden. Original elements like weave threads are not to be resold, redistributed, or reused, which includes but is not limited to creating your own Substance materials.

Use in personal non-commercial projects has no limitations.

Technical Requirements:

To access the .sbs files you will need Substance Designer 2017.1.2 and above.

Notes:

Some materials are of a unique nature, like leather for example, and therefore are quite restricted in the exposed parameters. However, you can still create something completely unique if you decide to do some changes inside the source Substance file itself.
